Late filing of Power of Attorneys before the Trade Mark Office is no longer permitted:UAE

All existing Power of Attorneys are unaffected by the new law. Provided that the Power of Attorney has been validly executed, notarized and legalized it should be possible to continue to rely on that Power of Attorney for future trade mark applications, oppositions and actions before the Trade Mark Office.
